Film stanowi twórcze odniesienie do filmu „Płonące istoty” Jacka Smitha. Na olbrzymim opuszczonym promie dwie syreny grają na skrzypcach, aby przyciągnąć rybę. Nagle ląduje ona na promie w towarzystwie 35 tancerzy. W filmie występują Tony Conrad i Genesis P-Orridge, który współpracował z takimi grupami muzycznymi jak Throbbing Gristle i Psychic TV.

Film powstał jako część projektu "LIVE FILM! JACK SMITH! Five Flaming Days in a Rented World" zorganizowanego przez Arsenal – Institute for Film and Video Art.

Five Flaming Days in a Rented World" organized by Arsenal – Institute for Film and Video Art. Marie Losier (born in 1972 in France) is a filmmaker and curator currently working in New York City. Losier’s films and videos have been exhibited at museums, galleries, biennials and festivals. She has done multiple film portraits on various avant-garde directors, musicians and composers such as Mike and George Kuchar, Guy Maddin, Richard Foreman, Tony Conrad and Genesis P-Orridge.
